Tikkun Olam is the Jewish philosophy of healing the world. It is very central to Jewish culture and reminds us of our responsibility not only to repair the world but to make it better. We have a responsibility to one another as people and also to the planet. Tikkun Olam has become synonymous with the notion of social action and the pursuit of social justice.
